Greetings and blessings to all!

As summer comes to a close and we prepare for a vibrant new season, we’re excited to share the latest updates, upcoming events, and highlights from our beloved choir community.

🎶 Upcoming Rehearsals and Events 🎶

1. Weekly Rehearsals
Our regular rehearsals will resume on Wednesday, August 7th, at 7:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall. We’ll be preparing for the upcoming fall services, so please be prompt and ready to lift your voices!

2. Choir Retreat
Mark your calendars for our annual Choir Retreat on Saturday, August 24th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Harmony Springs Retreat Center. It’s a fantastic opportunity for team-building, learning new music, and enjoying fellowship. Please RSVP by August 15th.

3. Special Performance
We are thrilled to announce a special performance on Sunday, September 8th. We’ll be featuring a selection of both traditional and contemporary pieces. Don’t miss this chance to share our music with the congregation!

🌟 Choir Spotlight 🌟

This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Allison Jenkins, one of our dedicated sopranos. Jane has been with us for over five years and consistently brings her enthusiasm and talent to our performances. Her favorite piece is “Ave Maria,” and she’s known for her incredible attention to detail. Thank you, Jane, for all that you do!

🙏 Volunteer Opportunities 🙏

We’re always in need of volunteers to help with various choir activities, including:

• Set-Up and Clean-Up for rehearsals and performances
• Administrative Support for scheduling and communication
• Fundraising and Outreach to support our choir’s mission
